Refund Policy
ACUROZ sells digital content. Because files are delivered instantly, our refund rules are specific.
When refunds apply
You can request a refund within 14 days if the file is broken, won't load in the stated simulator, or is materially different from its listing description.
When refunds don't apply
Change of mind, purchasing for the wrong simulator or car, or dissatisfaction with subjective qualities (like pace or style) after successful download are generally not refundable.
How to request
Open an order case from Help with an order. The seller sees it first and can reply there. If you need more help, choose Contact ACUROZ Support in the case at any time. A seller not replying does not mean an automatic refund. We may ask for evidence (screenshots, error messages).
Effect of a refund
If a refund is granted, your access to the content is revoked and the license to use it ends. You must delete any copies.
