Seller Terms
These terms apply to creators who sell content through ACUROZ.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. By listing it, you grant ACUROZ a license to host, display, and deliver it to buyers, and you declare that you own or control all rights needed to sell it, including any logos, liveries, or third-party elements in paint schemes.
Pricing and fees
You set your own prices (minimum $2.99). The ACUROZ marketplace fee is 20% of each sale on Standard, or 8% on Creator (US$9.99 per month). The fee applies to the product price, never to tax, and each sale keeps the fee in force when it was made. ACUROZ pays ordinary payment-processing and scheduled payout costs out of its fee. Losses caused by a seller, such as fraud, chargebacks the seller caused or prohibited activity, may be recovered from that seller's ACUROZ Payments balance.
Payouts
Sales are paid through ACUROZ Payments, which is provided by Stripe. To receive payouts, sellers complete Stripe's identity and bank verification and accept Stripe's terms shown during setup. Proceeds are paid out automatically on a weekly schedule; new sellers may have a longer first hold. Payments and payouts are not active yet.
Listing rules
Listings must accurately describe the content, its simulator compatibility, and what the buyer receives. Misleading, broken, or infringing listings may be rejected, quarantined, or removed. Active listings are limited to 10 (Standard) or 30 (Creator).
Refunds
Refunds for broken or misrepresented content are handled per the Refund Policy. Chargebacks and repeated refund issues may affect your seller standing.
