These terms govern your use of ACUROZ, a marketplace for sim racing setups and paints.
The marketplace
ACUROZ connects independent creators who sell sim racing content (such as iRacing setups and paint schemes) with buyers. Content is created and sold by third-party sellers; ACUROZ operates the platform, payment flow, and delivery.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Purchases
Prices are shown in USD. When you buy, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the content for personal, non-commercial use in the applicable simulator. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased files.
Content rights
Sellers retain ownership of their content and declare that they have the rights to sell it. Buyers receive a license, not ownership. Report suspected infringing content via the listing's report option or the IP report page.
Prohibited use
Do not abuse the platform, upload malicious files, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, or share downloaded files publicly. Violations may result in suspension or removal.
